An evocative selection of the Raagas Yaman, Shankara, Bhupali and Bageshri rendered with feeling by young vocalists. The songs and the lyrical interludes on the sitar, all bound together by soulful narration tell the story of the holy river, Ganga. In a manner that is unique in the repertoire of our cultural presentations.
